Program konferencie, váš plán, prihlášky, nastavenia a meno, ktoré si zadáte, sú uložené v zariadení. Aplikácia funguje offline a nevyžaduje účet.
Žiadna analytika, žiadne reklamy, žiadne sledovanie, žiadny predaj dát. Vlastný Claude API kľúč je uložený iba v Keychaine zariadenia; v Mac aplikácii tam je od verzie 2.6.1 aj heslo servera alebo token organizátora.
Údaje v zariadení zmažete odinštalovaním aplikácie alebo tlačidlom „Odstrániť kód“ a „Načítať vzorový program“. Údaje na serveri organizátora zmažete sami: Nastavenia → Odpojiť sa od servera (vymazať moje údaje) - server odstráni vaše zariadenie, push token aj prihlášky (od servera 1.1.0; zariadenie sa preukáže náhodným tajomstvom, ktoré pozná len vaša aplikácia). Zoznam účastníkov (mená, e-maily, kódy) spravuje organizátor konferencie ako prevádzkovateľ; server ich po konferencii vymaže tlačidlom „Vymazať údaje účastníkov“, záznamy o odoslaných notifikáciách maže automaticky po 180 dňoch. Server Congressa (congressa.tail74360e.ts.net), na ktorom bežia zdieľané programy, hlasovanie z publika a hostované konferencie, prevádzkuje Ján Šikuta na Slovensku. Pri hostovanej konferencii spracúva údaje účastníkov ako sprostredkovateľ pre organizátora konferencie na základe zmluvy o spracúvaní osobných údajov; organizátor je prevádzkovateľom týchto údajov. Ďalší príjemcovia: Tailscale (šifrovaný prenos cez Tailscale Funnel), Apple (push notifikácie cez APNs a záložná kópia zálohy servera na iCloud Drive) a Anthropic (api.anthropic.com), ale len vtedy, keď AI rozpoznanie sami spustíte. Hlasovanie je bez mena a účtu (pseudonymné: náhodný identifikátor prehliadača, ktorý vidí moderátor skrátený na štyri znaky); nepovinné meno pri otázke sa zobrazí všetkým v sále. Zdieľaný program môže obsahovať kontakty rečníkov (e-mail, telefón), ak boli v programe, ktorý ste zdieľali. Záznam o príspevkoch (tip jar) sa synchronizuje medzi vašimi zariadeniami cez iCloud, k nám sa nedostane. Adresy IP sa na serveri neukladajú, krátkodobo sa držia len v pamäti na ochranu pred zneužitím.

The programme, your plan, registrations, settings and the name you enter are stored on your device. The app works offline and needs no account.
Sent outside the device only when you opt in: to the organiser's server (random device ID, push token, notification preferences, favourites, registrations, your name, SHA-256 of your access code); to the conference website you enter (pages and PDFs are downloaded like a browser does); audience voting pages (/h/…) store your vote, rating, comment or question with a random browser ID only - no name (optional for questions), e-mail or IP - and delete everything 30 days after the last change. Audience questions are moderated by the organiser; a report or a block is stored only as a record about the random browser ID and is deleted with the voting (rules: pravidla.html); if you create a programme link (2.8+), the programme only - days, times, items, venues, speakers; never your plan, name, registrations or device ID - to the Congressa server, until 30 days after the conference or until you cancel it; to the AI recognition endpoint you choose (api.anthropic.com with your own key, or the Congressa cloud / organiser server) - only the programme text, never your personal data.
No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no data sales. Your own Claude API key is stored only in the device Keychain; since version 2.6.1 the Mac app keeps the server password or organiser token there too. Delete on-device data by uninstalling the app. Delete your data on an organiser's server yourself: Settings → Disconnect from the server (delete my data) removes your device, push token and registrations (server 1.1.0+). The attendee list (names, e-mails, codes) is controlled by the conference organiser, who purges it after the conference; push logs are deleted automatically after 180 days. The Congressa server (congressa.tail74360e.ts.net), which hosts shared programmes, audience voting and hosted conferences, is operated by Ján Šikuta in Slovakia. For a hosted conference he processes attendee data as a processor for the conference organiser under a data processing agreement; the organiser is the controller. Further recipients: Tailscale (encrypted transport via Tailscale Funnel), Apple (push notifications via APNs and an off-site copy of the server backup on iCloud Drive) and Anthropic (api.anthropic.com), the latter only when you start AI recognition yourself. Voting needs no name or account and is pseudonymous: a random browser identifier, shown to the moderator shortened to four characters; an optional name on a question is visible to everyone in the room. A shared programme may contain speakers' contact details (e-mail, phone) if they were in the programme you shared. The record of your tips is synchronised between your devices through iCloud and never reaches us. IP addresses are not stored on the server; they are kept briefly in memory only for abuse protection.
