Colorime3ka nezbiera žiadne údaje. Nemá účet, nemá analytiku, nemá reklamu a nepotrebuje pripojenie na internet. Nič sa neodosiela na server.

Fotografie a kamera

Záber fotoaparátu a vybrané fotografie sa spracúvajú výlučne v zariadení a len počas merania.
Aplikácia sama neukladá ani nezdieľa žiadne fotografie ani video, ani tie, z ktorých meriate. Video sa nikdy nenahráva.
Tlačidlo Odfotiť (od verzie 3.0) urobí na váš pokyn jednu fotografiu a uloží ju do vašich vlastných Fotiek: systém si vyžiada povolenie len na pridávanie, aplikácia vašu knižnicu nečíta. Fotografia zostáva vo vašom zariadení a nikam sa neodosiela.
Na iPhone Pro sa pri fotografovaní použije hĺbka z LiDARu na výpočet milimetrového merítka; hĺbkové údaje sa spracúvajú v zariadení a ukladajú sa len ako súčasť fotografie vo vašich Fotkách.
Prístup ku kamere sa používa jedine na určenie farby v mieste, ktoré si zvolíte, a na túto jednu fotografiu.

Čo zostáva uložené v zariadení

Nastavenia aplikácie: jazyk, režim hodnotenia, veľkosť meranej plochy, zadaný klinický kontext.
Naučené odtlačky, ak si zapnete expertný režim: pri každom uloženom meraní dvanásť číselných hodnôt (svetlosť, odtieň, sýtosť, drsnosť a podobne), vami zvolený nález, vaša poznámka, príznak či bolo meranie kalibrované, a ak si ho vyplníte, vaše vlastné meno, aby pri zdieľaní s kolegami bolo vidieť, kto odtlačok nameral. Nikdy nie fotografia a nikdy nič o vyšetrovanej osobe. Meno je nepovinné a kedykoľvek ho zmažete.
Tieto údaje zostávajú v zariadení, nikam sa neodosielajú a kedykoľvek ich zmažete v Info.

Prenos odtlačkov (.ch3lab)

Odtlačky si môžete vyexportovať do súboru a preniesť na iné zariadenie alebo poslať kolegovi. Ide o bežnú prácu so súborom: súbor vzniká v zariadení a odošlete ho iba vy, spôsobom, ktorý si sami zvolíte. Obsahuje číselné hodnoty, vaše poznámky a prípadne vaše meno; nikdy fotografie a nikdy nič o vyšetrovanej osobe. Pred odoslaním si ho môžete otvoriť v textovom editore. Odtlačky, ktoré ste ešte neprezreli, sa neexportujú.

Odporúčanie: do poznámok nepíšte údaje viažuce sa ku konkrétnej osobe; súbor je určený na odbornú prácu, nie na zdravotnú dokumentáciu.

Deti a citlivé údaje

Aplikácia je určená zdravotníckym profesionálom. Nezbiera žiadne osobné ani zdravotné údaje, a preto ani žiadne nespracúva v zmysle GDPR.

Colorime3ka collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no internet connection is required. Nothing is sent to a server.

Photos and camera

The camera feed and selected photos are processed exclusively on the device and only while measuring.
The app stores and shares no photos or video on its own, not even the ones you measure from. Video is never recorded.
The Take photo button (from version 3.0) captures a single photograph on your command and saves it to your own Photos library: the system asks for an add-only permission; the app does not read your library. The photograph stays on your device and is never transmitted.
On iPhone Pro, LiDAR depth is used during capture to compute a millimetre scale; depth data is processed on the device and stored only as part of the photograph in your Photos.
Camera access is used solely to determine the colour at the spot you choose and for that one photograph.

What remains stored on the device

App settings: language, assessment mode, measured-area size, the clinical context you entered.
Learned fingerprints, if you switch on expert mode: for each saved measurement twelve numeric values (lightness, hue, chroma, roughness and the like), the finding you selected, your note, a flag for whether the measurement was calibrated, and (if you fill it in) your own name, so that a fingerprint shared with colleagues stays traceable to whoever measured it. Never a photograph and never anything about the person examined. The name is optional and you can clear it at any time.
This data stays on the device, is never transmitted, and can be deleted at any time in Info.

Transferring fingerprints (.ch3lab)

You can export fingerprints to a file and carry them to another device or send them to a colleague. This is an ordinary file operation: the file is created on the device and only you send it, by whatever means you choose. It contains numeric values, your notes and possibly your name; never photographs and never anything about the person examined. You can open it in a text editor before sending. Fingerprints you have not yet reviewed are not exported.

Recommendation: do not write data relating to an identifiable person into the notes; the file is meant for professional work, not for medical records.

Children and sensitive data

The app is intended for healthcare professionals. It collects no personal or health data and therefore processes none within the meaning of the GDPR.

Das Kamerabild und ausgewählte Fotos werden ausschließlich auf dem Gerät und nur während der Messung verarbeitet.
Die App speichert oder teilt von sich aus keine Fotos und kein Video, auch nicht die, von denen Sie messen. Video wird nie aufgezeichnet.
Die Schaltfläche Foto aufnehmen (ab Version 3.0) nimmt auf Ihren Befehl ein einzelnes Foto auf und speichert es in Ihrer eigenen Fotomediathek: Das System fragt eine Berechtigung nur zum Hinzufügen ab, die App liest Ihre Mediathek nicht. Das Foto bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät und wird nirgendwohin übertragen.
Auf dem iPhone Pro wird bei der Aufnahme die LiDAR-Tiefe genutzt, um einen Millimetermaßstab zu berechnen; die Tiefendaten werden auf dem Gerät verarbeitet und nur als Teil des Fotos in Ihrer Fotomediathek gespeichert.
Der Kamerazugriff dient ausschließlich dazu, die Farbe an der von Ihnen gewählten Stelle zu bestimmen und dieses eine Foto aufzunehmen.

Was auf dem Gerät gespeichert bleibt

App-Einstellungen: Sprache, Beurteilungsmodus, Größe der Messfläche, der eingegebene klinische Kontext.
Gelernte Referenz-Messprofile, wenn Sie den Expertenmodus einschalten: zu jeder gespeicherten Messung zwölf Zahlenwerte (Helligkeit, Farbton, Sättigung, Rauigkeit und Ähnliches), der von Ihnen gewählte Befund, Ihre Notiz, ein Hinweis, ob die Messung kalibriert war, und, wenn Sie ihn eintragen, Ihr eigener Name, damit ein mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen geteiltes Messprofil dem Messenden zugeordnet bleibt. Nie ein Foto und nie etwas über die untersuchte Person. Der Name ist freiwillig und lässt sich jederzeit löschen.
Diese Daten bleiben auf dem Gerät, werden nirgendwohin übertragen und lassen sich jederzeit in der Info löschen.

Weitergabe von Messprofilen (.ch3lab)

Sie können Referenz-Messprofile in eine Datei exportieren und auf ein anderes Gerät mitnehmen oder an Kolleginnen und Kollegen senden. Das ist ein gewöhnlicher Dateivorgang: Die Datei entsteht auf dem Gerät, und nur Sie senden sie, auf dem Weg, den Sie selbst wählen. Sie enthält Zahlenwerte, Ihre Notizen und gegebenenfalls Ihren Namen; nie Fotos und nie etwas über die untersuchte Person. Vor dem Versenden können Sie sie in einem Texteditor öffnen. Messprofile, die Sie noch nicht geprüft haben, werden nicht exportiert.

Empfehlung: Tragen Sie in die Notizen keine Angaben ein, die sich auf eine bestimmte Person beziehen; die Datei ist für die fachliche Arbeit gedacht, nicht für die Krankenakte.

Kinder und sensible Daten

Die App richtet sich an Fachkräfte im Gesundheitswesen. Sie erhebt keine personenbezogenen oder Gesundheitsdaten und verarbeitet daher auch keine im Sinne der DSGVO.
