1. What the app keeps on the device

Ausculta collects no personal data. On the device it stores only these settings, which it sends nowhere:

These settings are part of your device backup if you have it turned on. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

2. What the app does not do

3. In-app purchases

You buy Ausculta Pro and voluntary contributions through the App Store. The payment and your Apple Account are handled solely by Apple under its own privacy policy. The app receives no payment details, name, email or other personal data: the App Store only tells it whether you have Ausculta Pro, and the app stores this on the device. Refunds and payment questions are handled by Apple.

4. Permissions

Ausculta asks for no permissions: it needs no microphone, camera, location, photos, contacts or access to the Health app.

5. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and collects no personal data about anyone.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Because the app collects no personal data and sends nothing, the controller has no access to any of your data and does not process it. You delete the settings stored on the device by uninstalling the app. Questions: admin@breathune.eu.

7. Changes

We will publish changes to this policy on this page with the date of the update.
